If used over  Heatset paints, be sure the Heatset products are fully heatset (dried) before putting this varnish on.  Once applied, you cannot reheat the vinyl
Air-dry acrylic pathway
This product belongs to the air-dry acrylic painting pathway. Air-dry acrylics cure through exposure to air and do not require oven baking. When painting vinyl, begin with a suitable primer so the acrylic layers can adhere properly.
WaterBorne and Liquitex products share the broad air-dry acrylic category, but their formulations are not assumed to be identical or interchangeable for every use. Keep this pathway separate from heat-set paints and mediums.
