This is an artist quality water-based, air dry clear gloss varnish.  Great for lips, nails, eyes - anywhere you like an extra shiny touch of clear gloss on your dolls. 
 
If used over IRHSP or other Heatset paints, be sure the Heatset products are fully heatset (dried) before putting this varnish on.
Gloss finishing pathway
Use this air-dry varnish selectively where a clear glossy effect is wanted. Allow all underlying paint layers to dry fully before application. Keep it separate from uncured heat-set layers and do not reheat vinyl after applying an air-dry varnish.
