IRHSP Primer Medium

Irresistables Heat Set Paint (IRHSP) Primer is a high-quality, odourless, non-solvent medium designed to prepare vinyl surfaces prior to painting.

This advanced formula creates a smooth, transparent base layer that helps paint adhere evenly, while gently filling micro imperfections in the vinyl. The result is a beautifully prepared surface that allows for smoother colour application and more consistent layering.

Easy to apply with a sponge, this primer adds just the right amount of texture to support professional, even finishes across your reborn work.

How to Use

  • Thoroughly wash and prepare your vinyl
  • Apply a small amount of primer to the surface
  • Use a sponge to gently pounce and distribute evenly
  • Heat set at 265°F (130°C) for 9 minutes
  • Allow to cool before beginning your paint layers

Important: Do not exceed 350°F (175°C) during heat setting.

Top Tips

  • Use sparingly — a little goes a long way
  • Applying too much may prevent proper drying and leave a soft or tacky finish
  • Build up in light layers if needed
  • Creates the perfect base for smooth, even paint application
