The Artist's Subscription Box
1. Subscription
Monthly Subscription (£15/month):
- Total cost: £15 per month (includes UK delivery)
- Billed monthly, cancel anytime with 48 hours' notice
- First box ships within 5 working days
- Subsequent boxes ship on 1st of each month
2. Box Contents
- Each box contains 3-5 curated reborn artist supplies
- Products may include paints, tools, mohair, accessories, or other materials
- No product requests or substitutions – all boxes are curated surprises
- Contents vary monthly; substitutions may occur due to stock availability
- We aim for exceptional value but make no guarantee contents exceed subscription price
3. Delivery
- Free UK delivery included in subscription price
- Delivery via Royal Mail, 3-5 working days
- International delivery not available
- We are not responsible for postal delays or incorrect addresses provided by subscriber
- Returned boxes due to incorrect address: subscriber pays return and reshipping costs
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel via email only with 48 hours' notice before next billing date
- No refunds once box shipped
- No refunds for dissatisfaction with contents, change of mind, unused/unopened products, or subscriber error
5. Returns & Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges on subscription boxes
- All sales final
- Damaged/faulty items: contact within 7 days with photos; replacement/credit at our discretion
- No returns for products you don't like, duplicates, or change of mind
6. Payment
- £15 billed monthly via recurring payment
- Subscribers authorize recurring billing
- Failed payments may result in suspension/cancellation
- Price changes require 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability limited to amount paid for specific box
- Not liable for dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, allergic reactions, or indirect losses
- Products used at subscriber's own risk
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions for:
- Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- Abuse of terms
- Harassment of staff
Refunds issued at our discretion.
9. Fraud & Abuse
- Fraudulent activity (chargebacks, false claims) results in immediate termination without refund
- We may pursue legal action and costs recovery
- Flagged subscribers permanently banned
10. Data Protection
- Personal data used for subscription management and delivery only (UK GDPR compliant)
- Not sold or shared except for payment/delivery processing
- Data deletion requests result in subscription cancellation
11. Intellectual Property
- All branding/content is property of Mott & Gido Ltd
- No commercial reproduction or resale of contents without permission
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update terms anytime; subscribers notified via email
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
13. Governing Law
Governed by laws of England and Wales. Disputes subject to English/Welsh courts.
