Irresistables Reborn Heat Set Paint (IRHSP) mediums:
Matte Varnish is a brand new formula that when applied over the desired paint surface creates a matte finish. You can mix this product with any of our other IRHSP mediums to make it thicker. For example, by adding it to our IRHSP thinning medium, it will make the thinning medium thicker depending on your preference. This product is compatible with any oil based heat set paint products. 
Pore texture Medium: Give a beautiful fine texture that resembles real skin
Satin Medium: Gives a soft sheen to lips, nails
Dewy Medium: gives a slightly wet/oily look to areas where you wish to enahnce detail 
Thick Medium: Gives a 3D effect to eyebrows, hair, peeling baby skin
