We are happy to advise on sculpt suitability before you commit.
Step 2 — Personalise Your Baby
You’ll refine:
Gender
Hair colour
Hair finish (painted or rooted)
Eye colour (for awake kits)
Weight preference
Magnetic pacifier (optional)
Every detail is confirmed before work begins.
 
Step 3 — Creation & Updates
Your reborn is brought to life entirely in-house.
You will receive weekly progress photographs so you can follow each stage of painting and assembly.
No work begins without your written confirmation.
 
Step 4 — Welcome Your Baby Home
After approximately 8–12 weeks, your reborn arrives beautifully presented and ready to welcome home.
 
🧠 Important Guidance
Weight
Reborn dolls are a “dead weight” unlike real babies who distribute weight naturally.
A 5–6lb reborn often feels similar to a 7lb real baby.
We are happy to advise to ensure comfort and realism.
Magnetic Pacifiers
Available upon request, but not generally recommended as repeated use may cause lip wear over time.

Cancellation Policy
You have 48 hours to cancel before work begins.
Once kits are ordered or painting has started, refunds are not possible under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (personalised goods exemption).
No work begins without written approval.
