Application on Vinyl Dolls:
Apply a thin, even coat to clean, degreased vinyl using a soft brush or lint-free cloth. Allow to dry completely (typically 30-60 minutes depending on ambient conditions). The primer dries to a completely clear, tacky finish that provides the perfect foundation for building translucent skin tones through multiple paint layers. (Note the shiny surface once it dries is NORMAL - once you start to paint and finish with your matting varnish, this will be remedied)
