Realborn® Ana Sleeping — 19" Unpainted Vinyl Reborn Doll Kit by Bountiful Baby
There is something particularly compelling about a sleeping sculpt that captures a baby mid-breath rather than posed for the camera. Ana does exactly that. Her face holds the kind of composed stillness that experienced reborn artists recognise immediately as an opportunity: a quiet canvas with enough surface detail — the slight pout of the lips, the gentle fullness of the cheeks, the faint texture of closed lids — to support a wide range of painting approaches without demanding any one of them.
Created through the Realborn® process from 3D scans of a real newborn baby, Ana carries the subtle anatomical accuracy that distinguishes this range: the asymmetries that make a face believable, the weight distribution in the brow, the way the features settle in rest. Her full vinyl arms and legs contribute to a finished piece that sits convincingly in the arms once assembled, weighted and fitted with a cloth body.
Artists painting in a naturalistic, skin-tone layering style will find Ana’s proportions rewarding. Those who prefer a more stylised or miniature-portrait approach will find her features open enough to carry it. She works well across both air-dry and heat-set techniques.
This is an unpainted vinyl reborn doll kit. It is not a completed or painted doll. Any photographs showing a finished reborn are examples of how the sculpt may look after completion by an artist. The finished appearance will depend upon the artist’s own painting, rooting, assembly and finishing choices. Artist prototype shown for inspiration. You will receive an unpainted vinyl kit.
