Order Acceptance & Right to Decline

Mott & Gido Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

This may include (but is not limited to) circumstances where:

• An order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability or supplier issues
• There are errors in product pricing or descriptions
• Payment cannot be authorised or is flagged as potentially fraudulent
• We consider that proceeding with the order may result in operational, commercial, or reputational risk to the business

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We are not obliged to provide a reason for the cancellation of any order.

Order Confirmation

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance of an order is confirmed when the item is despatched

Pre-Orders (if applicable)

For pre-order items, estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are subject to change based on manufacturer timelines.

Pre-order deposits are non-refundable unless the item is cancelled by the manufacturer or cannot be supplied.

Communication & Conduct

We reserve the right to limit or discontinue correspondence where communication is considered abusive, excessive, or places undue pressure on our team.

Order Control

Where an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded to the original payment method.
