IRHSP Thermo-Bond™ – Heat Set Vinyl Repair Medium (7.4ml)
IRHSP Thermo-Bond™ is a professional heat-set medium specifically formulated to repair and restore damaged vinyl.
Designed to permanently bond vinyl when activated by heat, Thermo-Bond creates a strong, flexible repair that mimics the original surface once cured.
It is ideal for repairing:
Cuts and tears
Seam splits
Cracks and small holes
Surface scratches
Air bubbles
Pin-dot holes in fingers and toes
Once heat set, Thermo-Bond cures clear and remains flexible without cracking, shrinking or yellowing over time.

The thin viscosity allows for precise surface repairs, particularly small scratches and pinholes. Larger areas can be rebuilt through layered application, heat setting between layers.
If excess product remains on the surface after curing, it may be carefully sanded smooth.
Instructions for Use
Stir thoroughly before use.
Apply generously to the damaged area using a brush. Ensure the product penetrates cracks or fills holes fully.
Gently press the area together if repairing a split or tear.
Remove excess surface product carefully (avoid disturbing the repair area).
Bake at 130°C (265°F) for 12 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before handling. The cooler the vinyl, the stronger the bond.
For deeper repairs, you may gently warm the area with a heat gun prior to oven curing to assist adhesion (avoid overheating the vinyl). This step is optional.
Professional Results
When fully cured, Thermo-Bond blends seamlessly into the vinyl surface. It can be tinted, textured, layered, and painted over to achieve an almost invisible repair.
For optimal durability, allow the repair to cool fully before continuing with painting or handling.

Damage resulting from misuse, overheating, incorrect curing temperature, use on incompatible materials, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect.
