IRHSP Pore Texture Medium
Irresistables Heat Set Paint (IRHSP) Pore Texture is a specialist, odourless, non-solvent medium designed to create a realistic porous skin effect on reborn doll vinyl.
Applied with a textured sponge, this medium builds a subtle, transparent layer that mimics the natural depth and appearance of real skin pores. It’s an excellent tool for artists looking to add an extra level of realism and detail to their work.
For best results, use in combination with IRHSP Thinning Medium or finish with IRHSP Matte or Satin Varnish to complete your doll.
 
How to Use
Apply a small amount of pore texture to a textured sponge
Gently pounce onto the vinyl surface to build texture
Heat set at 265°F (130°C) for 9 minutes
Allow to cool and repeat if additional texture is required
Important: Do not exceed 350°F (175°C) during heat setting.
Top Tips
Always start with a very small amount — this product is highly concentrated
Applying too much may prevent proper drying and leave a soft or tacky finish
Build up in light layers for the most natural result
A final layer of Matte or Satin Varnish will enhance and seal the effect
