- Pre-order items must not be combined with in-stock products in the same order.
- We are unable to split shipments. Your entire order will be held and dispatched only once the pre-order kit has arrived in stock.

Pre-Orders – Important Information
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving one of these beautiful, limited kits especially for you.
Payment Options
You have two choices:

Non-refundable deposit to secure your kit, with the balance due when the kit is ready to ship.

Full payment upfront, in which case your kit will be dispatched as soon as it arrives with us.
Balance Payments
When your kit is ready, we will send a secure payment link for any outstanding balance.
Please check your inbox carefully, including your spam or junk folder, as automated payment links can occasionally be filtered by email providers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their email once kits are due for dispatch. We will send one reminder. If the balance remains unpaid 5 days after the payment link is issued, your order will be cancelled and the kit will be offered to the next customer on the waiting list.
Order Limits
Pre-orders are limited to a maximum of 3 kits per customer.
Refund Policy
Pre-orders are considered special-order items reserved specifically for you. For this reason, deposits and pre-order payments are non-refundable if you change your mind.
