Pre-Order Information
Please read carefully before placing your pre-order.
Pre-order payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another kit. By placing a pre-order, you are committing to pay the remaining balance when it becomes due.
When Frankie is ready for dispatch to us, we will email you a payment link for the outstanding balance. Please check your spam or junk folder, as payment emails can occasionally be filtered there.
 
We will send one follow-up reminder if the balance remains unpaid. We are unable to repeatedly chase outstanding balances, so customers are responsible for checking their emails and ensuring payment is completed by the stated deadline.
 
If the balance is not paid within the payment period - usually 3-5 days, the pre-order may be cancelled and the initial payment will not be refunded. If you know your payment will be delayed, then please let us know and we can hold your kit for you for a reasonable period.
 
The estimated arrival date is September/October 2026, but this is subject to change. Delays in manufacturing, international shipping or customs are outside our control.
