Lost Goods Policy:

• We cannot consider international goods as lost if tracking shows the parcel has arrived in the destination country and is being held/processed by customs authorities

• No refunds will be processed for packages that have reached the destination country but are held in customs processing or awaiting customs clearance

• Important: Tracking may show "arrived at customs facility" or "with customs" - this does NOT mean delivered to your address

• Customers are responsible for liaising with their local customs office regarding packages in customs processing

• We will provide all available tracking information to assist with customs inquiries

• Following up with local customs authorities for packages in processing
