He comes with a certificate of authenticity number 2458/3300 Axel has been painted with many layers of Genesis heat set paints and has been micro rooted with brown premium mohair, this is glued on the inside of his head so his hair can be gently combed and styled. Rooted slightly thicker on the top of his head for realism. This head of hair has taken in excess of 60 hours to complete, I have been rooting for many years now (since 2008 -Axel is my 251st reborn doll I have made. Each reborn takes weeks to complete...... each hair is inserted individually under a magnifier to machieve a high level of realism. He comes with two Gruffalo themed outfits, a knitted set designed and made by myself with a toning unique striped shawl, a magnetised dummy (with a personalised dummy strap made by Jenni of Juniper Creations) and his own soft gruffalo toy. All the photos of Axel have been taken by me in my conservatory in natural light and are unenhanced in any way.
