Pre-Order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We offer this option so that you can reserve your product and be sure of getting it once it comes in.  When you pre-order an item and we collect the deposit, we consider this an agreement between Mott & Gido Ltd and our customers that you will honour by paying for your item(s) once the invoice has been sent. 
We will only send invoices when the item is in stock and ready to ship and not before. Once the item becomes available for shipment, we will send you an invoice for the balance due through your PayPal account or we will email you to make different payment arrangements. Once you receive an invoice, you will have 14 days to pay for your item unless prior arrangements were made.  If the item is not paid for within the 14 days, the item will be put back into our available inventory and the £25 deposit will be considered a restocking fee that is non-refundable.
